Polyurethane Plastic Cast Masks
Each mask starts as an original sculpture, from which a silicone mold is made. Castings of polyurethane plastic are pulled from the mold and hand painted. The masks have a rigid outer shell that is filled with an expanding foam, making each mask light weight (between 8 to 18 ounces) and super strong. Adjustable D-ring fasteners allow the wearer to change the length of the cotton straps for a perfect fit.

They are very strong! On several unplanned drop tests on a hard wood floors, they have come away unscathed. I did have one case of of a tooth chipping from a very long drop, but under regular LARPing circumstances, they should hold up just fine. The only mask I would stay away from would be the original cervine mask, which has antlers were cast with a filler material mixed into the plastic that made them lighter but also more brittle. The Cervine II mask uses solid cast antlers, and on that model they are probably the strongest part of the mask, it would be the better choice for LARPing.
