Here is my new GT Mountain bike. Upgraded with Lights, Fenders and a Panier Rack.
Bikes have always been an important thing in my life. I hate being stuck dependent on cars. Hope to go lots of places with it this summer~

I spent a while playing with the focus and aperture to get the subject highlighted just right x3

Man, I wish I could bike places where I live. But everything is so spread out here. Takes me 40 minutes to get to school just by driving, and that's when there's no traffic.

I think Western washington is a LOT better off on the "spread out" issue the most other states~

You know, I'm pretty sure there's a lot of places that fit that. No, I live down in Florida. Would not want to drive in DC. From what I hear, takes like 3 hours to drive the same distance. It's more practical to just bike there, I think.

That is an awesome rig. I always wondered about the quality of disc brakes over the cantilever style.

Pretty much all around better.
You can take the wheels off a lot quicker
They don't collect mud and debris as quickly
Better stopping power
Better cold weather performance
