Don't know why, I always imagine Rei with a sarcastic look on his face. I mean character class-wise he's an aloof Berzerker-Thief, a truly truly badass combination. That's why he's my strongest character, next to Kaiser Ryu (as of now Rei is stronger than normal Ryu) of course >3o
