This one was done for TechnoForTomcats, of her AWESOMELY designed character named Kyu! Kyu's design was created by Neogeen, who did a fabulous job with the concept. See original concept work of Kyu here and here Kyu is a creature based on a ball python, with blue energy emanating from it's body in any shape it chooses. We went with a sort of tendril webbed fish-like wing shape here, inspired greatly by TheDancingEmu designs.
