So I had a lot of fun with this commission. I was given a reference sheet which helped a LOT, but it sadly took me forever to settle on a design. But the personality described on the character sheet provided made room for lots of different facial expressions, and LET ME TELL YOU A THING- turning a fearsome looking dragon despite the happy and charismatic personality into a cute chibi is HARD. I think that's why it took so many different sketches. I think I drew at least 15 of them before I settled on this design.

For those who don't know what a badge commission is, it's literally a badge. I print out the commission if it's digital or scan and copy the traditional art version and laminate it, throw a clip on it, and send it your way. The only flaw I realized with my badges is that I have to take an X-acto knife and carve out the slot for the badge clip to go through. I've looked around for an actual hole puncher of some sort for them after realizing this but it looks like I may need to order whatever contraption I need to make it look professional online.
