Uhh, no? It's a really stupid game, I don't understand people's obsession with it. I actually want to have fun when I play video games, not replay the same shit over and over because I die 50 times because of poor design on the developer's part being passed off as something edgy.

The game's a lot of trial and error, yeah I'll give it that. But it's what you make of your experience (e.g. dying and learning from your mistakes) that drive the experience. The design of the game is very well thought out in my opinion, and while yes the game is a bitch at times, it's actually very fair in terms of how it all plays out in the end. And then there's NG+ and NG++ and so on. And PvP. But anyway, to each their own.

In short: lol git gud

It doesn't have poor design, it's just not suited for you. This is a very difficult and unforgiving game and for some people that's exactly what they want!
just because you get frustrated about dying a lot doesn't mean that others do. This is coming from someone who doesn't actually enjoy the game at all but my boyfriend does.

Having alot of fun with this game, about to finish the new game+ on pc but I have to admit, I am truly disappointed with the difficulty being lowered so more people could play it/more sales. I could go on about why this game isnt as good as previous ones but I'll leave it out for both FA and spoilers. Awesome arts, Praise the sun! and RIP Sif.

The only thing that I'm disappointed in is the easy final area bosses. Other than that I would have to disagree and point out that they didn't make it easier for new people at all, but they didn't make it ++ harder for those who've played the first DS. Having experienced the game type before gives you a major leg up and makes consecutive games seem easier.
