This was a rather fun pic to do but also a difficult one. The pic turned out being so monochromatic that is was rather difficult to distinguish all the layers within it. But I think it turned out okay! The commissioner asked for his face to be mostly obscured by his hood, so super dark face but glowing red eyes which show his focus.
