Dark Huli and Abby KISS~!!

At long last, it's finished. ^^ This is for my lovely sweet heart,
iphasia, for catching my 2,000th pageview earlier this month/last month-ish. Hard to believe I'm already up to 2,253 already!! Craziness~...
Yup! For all you fan girls and fan boys out there, the secret's out--Dark Huli's kissed a girl now! X3 Yup--here it is, lo and behold~... This is actually from a roleplay my girl and I are holding, along with two friends of mine. One of them is Latus, who you all SHOULD know by now unless you haven't checked out his page: http://latusitani.deviantart.com/ He writes awesome stories, and is an amazing Live-Action Role Play-er, and is also my partner in crime when it comes to Chemistry! @w@ Ah yes, the good old days with the Russian, Alexei Iretski himself, straining our brains over vast amounts of knowledge just to pass the class~... Latus survived, while I failed and ended up taking it over again. ;___; I'm doing much better this time, though~!!!
Abby was a bit of a whiny girl, as my girlfriend tried to portray her. She was a bit of a princess, if you get my drift... She didn't care at all for Dark Huli when he appeared, although she tried to accept him as being Huli after Huli died. Nevertheless, she still fell for him, and wanted to do something to him that she hadn't been able to do to Huli before he died... and so, she drew him in close... and kissed him... This picture commemorates that moment in time, passionately (hopefully) and in as much loving detail as I could express. The picture was even done using a photo, which I copied over top of to create Dark Huli and Abby (modeled after her creator herself).
Abby is a grey fox, by the way, and as you can see by the greys, oranges, and sienna colours I gave her~... Dark Huli, second time around, is done completely over, looking much more like the Dark Huli he's meant to be.
I hope this brings out a smile in everyone's face! Thanks for viewing and for being such great supporters! Next up is a picture for Corillion, my friend on FA. It'll be another Elli picture, and bound to please most Mario fans. Keep watching~!

^w^ Thanks, Xan~! Yup, my girl and I--we really do feel a lot for each other, and it leeks over into some of our characters too. Abby eventually gets pretty upset that Dark Huli is about (since it's just not the same without Huli there...), and eventually snaps, and goes practically insane. Truth is, a demon had possessed her, and manipulated her thinking to make her want to kill Dark Huli. From there, it just gets a whole lot more interesting~! =3

awww this pic is really cute sweetie n__n congratulations, you are really improving a lot and really fast. Just a little advice for you if you want to start also making darker shades to increase the "volume" of your pics, use a bit of black in the inside parts of the pic that doesnt "catch" the light, like under her arm or maybe a bit under her chin where the neck starts n__n this makes a lovely effect, just saying it if you want to try something new ^-~
Hmm... Oh yeah--I forgot about that, didn't I...? ^^; <--- (made a blundersome mistake) Thanks for the advice Shana, it really would help out the picture a lot. Her face did seem a bit bland for some reason... What my biggest challenge and problem was Dark Huli's pants. Now, THOSE were a hassle and a half! Dark Huli is already a black animal, and wearing black only makes things more difficult. Getting his fur and his clothes not to match the same colour was quite a challenge, so I settled for making his fur a deep, dark grey. It didn't turn out too badly, did it...? Also, what should I have done about her colouring? I mean, grey foxes--they're a bit of a rusty orange/brown, right...? I had a hard time blending my red/orange with my dark brown together, and got a sloppy mess in the end... Have any suggestions...? =<
Sorry I'm not online so much as I used to be--I really missed talking with you. I've got another picture slated up and just about ready to be penned already~! It'll be great, and quite cute. I'm having my girlfriend pose for me a lot of the time, so I can be sure that it's being drawn fairly right~! >x3

hehehe Im very glad your girlfriend is posing for you n__n that is very tender and about your advice asking about her coloring o.o if she is a grey fox what you can do to make her look "grey" is to blend the grey color with light blue to make her fur "shine" in the pic, if you mix it with orange normally it ends messed because of the tones of both colors (one is warm color and the other is a cold color) so if you blend 2 cold colors such as blue and grey makes a better mixing and a better resemblence for grey fur n__n hopr this helps you a bit dear, try it, believe me you wont regret it. Waiiii ish et so inspirink...? xDDD; A lot of people seem to like this one, and I really like it too--but it flops in comparison to anything I've seen that you've drawn... ;w; *hugs* But thank you so much for your pleasant comment--it's nice to hear that others appreciate my work, especially if it inspires them that much. =3
