Though, to be honest, toning it down when it comes to my drawings with general rating not featuring any nudity or suggestive themes, would be appreciated. I'm... not entirely comfortable when it comes to characters that aren't... shall we say, meant for it? I do enjoy that kind wordplay when it comes to characters that... would be more than likely to go that way, it's just it feels wrong on other characters, almost insulting even... But I suppose that's what I get for drawing so many naked and/or eager vixens :b

Considering he's been reading Freefall since... however long, he's always* been on the forums for as long as I've been there... I doubt he'd make such comments on a drawing with Florence, unless she was not really recognizable as her.

Plus, looking back at my first reply, I can see how it could have lead him on... I should change my name to Unintended Innuendo based on how many I end up using by accident... the joys of being a non-native english speaker with a good enough grasp on the language that one might think I have perfect control over what I try to mean with what I say/write ^^;

Actually, I need to apologize, since upon further review I can see how my first reply may have lead you on... I meant it as a self-referential joke on how the foxes I draw often communicate through body language and by use of objects. But looking back, I realize that sort of communication often happens through somewhat provocative means, and the objects involved are often sucked on, so I can't really pin it all on you... Sorry.

I also wasn't trying to be blatant, but it's taken me this long to decide how to give my apology. "Mouth exercises" has such a wide scope of potential meanings I thought it would be safe enough to use.

It does, but I don't really know of more than a couple(Biting, chewing, talking... and that)... and some of my associations can be weird at times. I'm a person full of contradictions and internal conflicts. And also working on resolving/suppressing some of them. (It was those associations combined with "We'll go with that", that triggered my reaction)

So in all, I don't think that this needs an apology from you, just... be more mindful with the drawings rated general audience, since there's not much of a way at the moment to tell if the character in a drawing is one that has inherited some of the emotional baggage that I carry around from my past. (In other words, is important to me, in a way)

Sorry about all this, troubled past leads to a complicated present ^^;

Anyway, to clarify, I overreacted, really. (Potential) Innuendo is fine in general, just some cases it feels weird/awkward/uncomfortable. I'm confident that you have good enough judgement to tell when it's appropriate or not, and I'll try to nudge you in the right direction more calmly... the difference in my behaviour from one day to another can be quite drastic, and I don't quite understand how it works yet, so these things can happen ^^;

So, no need to apologise, I'm not made of marshmallows, I just have a temperamental... temperament. If you feel that you need to, then by all means, but don't sweat it too much, your comments more often than not give me a good chuckle, and sometimes even ideas for continuation.


I suppose this is one of the downsides of looking forward to reading your comments... *sigh* self-control, my biggest nemesis... the lack thereof has gotten me in several a difficult situation before as well. Live and learn?

That's pretty neat. May I ask why you chose 20FPS? I don't think the SNES could do 20FPS animation, discounting palette swapping.

20fps is because it's 60fps divided by three, and also it's a nice round number of milliseconds(50) to input into the pixel editor I use. That, and it's smooth enough that it's not really noticeable. I didn't really bother giving it a fps rate that was used by a system, other than fitting it to the normal refresh rates, and ease of use for myself. :b
