An experiment with cel shading, and continuing the summer themed pics :)

This isn't my first surfing pikachu, but I continue to enjoy drawing this because it's one of my favorites :aww:

Doing my lines in Flash and finishing up my work in Photoshop. The BG took up the most time as usual, but I also felt the pikachu turned out better than most of the ones I draw, in fact the only possible problem might be the paws, which continue to daunt me even after so much time drawing them. ^^;

The pikachu is  k-puz as most of the ones I draw are. Hope you like! ^_^
