their tech is MMORPGish and therefore what ever i want it to look like, i like the fantasy setting and you will see a blend of different things as time goes on

basic biology has them many times stronger that the strongest human ever, simply because every single person is a blended person from intermingling with over a thousand sapient races of hundreds of thousands of years.

take Mar's basic biology, under is normal human skin he has a second skin made from a material that is a lot like Kevlar but much stronger. he is therefor immune to small to medium arms fire and unMODed bladed weapons even if he were to suppress all his "flex MODs"

his muscles are advanced enough that they both flex AND push thus meaning that in every movement both anterior and exterior muscles can be used for the same movement.

Mar also does not have a heart like us. instead he has 2 primary hearts and hundreds of "valve" hearts which are basically mini pumps all throughout his circulatory system to help keep his blood from pooling even at extreme Gs

Maybe under duress, stress, or repressed, but distress? .....maybe if their favorite weapon was damaged beyond repair I suppose...course, that'd be more annoyance, sadness and anger at what ever caused it to break
