**WARNING TO THOSE WITH NUT ALLERGIES!**
They can be omitted if you are allergic. I just wanted to throw that out here right away.Trying to do a healthy eating thing now. Or at least get more fruit and veggies in my life. I will probably touch this up to make it more healthy ... CUZ THIS WAS F***ING AMAZING! I can see this becoming a normal rotation in my diet for desserts.
Ingredients:
1 pound green grapes
1 pound red grapes
4 ounces of light cream cheese, softened
8 ounces low fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Wash grapes. Can cut in half (or smaller if you want) and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined (my handheld beater was good for this).
Add grapes to the mixture and stir until well coated. Pour into serving dish.
Combine brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle over grapes. Chill until ready to serve.
