also ive figured out how the clothes fit: yes the dungarees are held on by straps, but they are also held to her body by her ability 'static', causing even lose fitting clothes to cling to her fur for a better fit. consequently her clothes will loosen for a while after an electric type attack or if hit by a ground type move until the static re-charges.
