Decided that the painting wasn't working, in large part because I hadn't taken the time to work out a lot of the details before trying to jump in. Now I've gone back and fixed a lot of things that had been bothering me, and I think I'm going to go ahead and finish it in artrage. I did learn a lot from the painting, though, and it's definitely a medium I'm going to keep messing with. One of these days I'll get it down.
