Is it correct that there are viewports on the warp pylons?
And I take it this class has a large, aft-facing hangar bay?

The viewports are from captshade. Also, the hangar is the same size as on the Constitution class.

Ooooh, I see. That feature atop the Saucer Section is more a fin than a raised hull section a-la most Federation Starfleet frigates.
