step 14- Since this wont be covering background coloring...this is the last step! I figured out what colors I wanted him to wear, and color everything but the wings and am rather pleased with my results. Being a waox, Pandy has translucent wings. While strong, they are supposed to appear delicate in nature. I picked a somewhat gold color, and set the brush's opacity to 30%. put it on a new layer called "wings", and simply shade it so it looks like the center and most of it is see through. it works best if you only go over anything 3 times. Then...delete your palette layer, and It's all done! ^^ Ready for school, heehee!
