Badge for  feren! He apparently is a Toy Soldier (see www.doctorsteel.com) and often wears his uniform at furry cons to shake things up. XD So here is his black-panther self in the same uniform... so the furries know that yes, he's one of us!

It's one of their soldier propaganda posters. Obviously I didn't trace it, and there are big differences, but I thought I should note where the style, composition and colors came from. ;)
