well as far as sex goes
Numan giraffes tend to get creative when having sex with non-giraffes. the more common styles are
-the leg wrap, where the giraffe will wrap her legs around her partner while in the missionary postion
-Side Saddle, where the giraffe will lay on her side and her partner will part her legs for access.
and for hybrid offspring.
the offspring will always be giraffes (the offsping will always be the race of the mother), but they sometimes inherit traits from their father.
For example, a mouse man mates with a Giraffe woman, their child will be a giraffe, but may have large, round ears, or a longer than average tail, or it's fur pattern could mimic the father's coloration, or all of the above.
i hope this answers your question.

I should also say
Numan/Humans pairings are rare and often frowned upon.
the reason being as two different species, the offspring are often sterile, disease-prone, they often have health complications, and many rarely survive the first couple months of life.
that said, there are some that do survive, but they often go through life being discriminated against. never truly belonging to either side.
