You probably know #255 if you look at the Pokedex. You find out what is in that Friend Ball in due time.
#255 is a Pokemon that will never listen to its creator or friend and tends to be in it own little world with no worries and never had the energy to battle/ fight with with other Pokemon because #255 doesn't want to do it.
On the other hand, test subject #151 or Daisuke is very loyal to Akira and will always listen his commands.
