This believe it or not is world-building.

We see a lot of the city of Wolf Haven where Tasha comes from in TCoLg, but we don’t see much of the little village of Fox Hole where Sword comes from.

Since most of the story takes place underground they have no wood, and food is hard to find.

So here we have a random kitsune from Foxhole, fishing in the lake that’s not far from the village. The tip of her spear is made from aluminium (Bought from another town) and the spear handle is actually made from cheap iron. (Notice the rust?)

And I’ve noticed that all my kitsune pictures posted here so far are brown, they do come in other colours, yellow, white, and grey, if they have orange or red fur there’s probably a bit of fox blood in them. (Or Black as well actually, but only the royal blood line produces cubs with black fur)

And I think I’d better stop there before this turns into an essay.
