Actually 16 now :D
Since starting my work at the weight loss center I have lost 16lbs in just under a month! It takes a lot of self control and dedication (and money @_@ ) but I am so happy that I am starting to see results! The shirt I have on I haven't been able to wear in about two years since it got too tight on me, now it fits great!
I will be posting more updates about my weight loss on my tumblr as not to spam my watchers but I am just too thrilled not to share!

Congrats! A fun thing to do from time to time is try to find an object that is the amount of weight that you lost and lift and carry it around a bit since it's like "woo! That much weight is no longer on mah body!" Granted once it gets to a certain point, you end up like "...how the heck did I manage to carry this much weight normally? XP"
All in all, glad to hear you are doing great and feeling great!

Hey! That's great! I'm so happy for you!
I do have a question though! What kind of exercises do you do? and do you work out everyday?
I ask because I signed up for my gym at the end of February and have only lost 6 lbs since I started in March. I have gained some muscle, too, but my progress is very slow. Since I am unable to go to the gym everyday, I am thinking I am going to walk for an hour every other day. Would this help me at all?
Food isn't too much of an issue for me, as I eat small portions, and have been trying to eat healthier. I usually stay away from junk foods, and any snack foods I have generally have a lot of protein and very few calories. I also drink a bit of water, and don't touch soda or other sugary drinks. If I ever do, it's like, once in a while, and even then it's like a 16 oz bottle or cup, if even that.

Gonna try to answer best I can, feel free to add me on skype or email if you want to talk more though!!
I walk about 2-3 miles with my dog and friends and the rotate going to the gym to tone my arms. I always try to get at LEAST 30 min of walking a day in though if I can't do all of it. Walking has certainly helped me lose the little extra a week that I was hoping for. I am on a strict 1000 calorie diet with protein shakes mixed in. My BIGGEST suggestion is that if you aren't seeing the progress on the scale to measure you're whole body, meaning bust, waist, hips, thighs, knees, calves, wrist, forearms, biceps, and even your neck! Remeasure every 2 weeks or month and see how your body is changing. Muscle weighs more than fat so you could very well be evening out your loss with muscles and measuring will help you see the difference you want :)
If you still aren't noticing a change I suggest using Myfittnesspal or a food journal and see what it might be in your diet that your body is clinging to, hope that helps!!

This is why majority of poor people are overweight and obese, they cannot afford healthy lifestyle with healthy food and therapy. (example: mexico) When sweets and fizzy drinks are cheaper than vegetables and water.
We are lucky to live a country when most middle class families can afford such lifestyle. We are very VERY lucky.
So congratulations, im also following a weight loss programm that isnt cheap either. Sadly.
