Lady Liberty hasn't been destroyed enough. only movies I know she is destroyed are Planet of the Apes, Day After Tomorrow, possibly destroyed in Independence Day, I think she was destrpyed in that End of the world film......that came out a 2 years ago.

Cloverfield too. One of the first monster scenes is the statue if liberty's head being hurled down the street.

I'm not one for monster movies, but I enjoyed it, because it actually focused more on how someone would cope with this type of attack, rather than the overall "Where did it come from? How do we kill it with science?" It reminded me of some of the better Zombie movies in that regard; don't focus on the zombies or monster, focus on the people dealing with it. It's not a GREAT movie by any stretch and you do kind of have to look past the fact that one guy is carrying a camera around the whole time (explained by him simply as "people need to see this!!"), but I enjoyed it for what it was.

what about Ghostbusters II. they had her walking all over the city

No they left her propped up against the New York Metropolitan Museum as they had shattered the skylight with her torch

Depends on the way you work out the 1000-ft. As Iguanana could be 1000-ft long, not tall. She does look to have a long tail (s).

I can see a comic about her origins with 2 senarios 1: it's her first time being in this form so she searches the city for her friends for help. or 2: she loses control and rampages the city, while her friends try to stop her with the only thing that she loves: COFFIE!
