Now that you got a rough copy out, and can spot all your flaws (post-drawing self criticism is the worst!), you can spot where you need to improve!
To be honest, this picture looks better in the smaller scale. The details are a tad fuzzy, giving it an almost shifting 3-D zoomfinder feel to the image. Your sky looks great, and overlall this picture gives you a good sense of mystery and foreboding (for me at least) of a common area which would look normal and non-threatening in a daylight setting.
Have you considered drawing Gothic Horror landscapes? Typically by day the same scene is incredibly beautiful, stark, majestic, or hauntingly too perfect and pristine. At night time the same area becomes shadowy, gloomy, full of almost-seen horrors hiding in the blurry details. Your art here makes me think of the potential for that style to emerge.
