So this is Manus, an OC I had since like I was 13 and I finally got to draw him about a week or so ago, but I couldn't finish the full part till now. He's an old old old old character. A little bit about him is that one, his swords are rusty as balls and two... he's a very curious creature capable of human speech. The big ol' red orb isn't really an orb but a 'mystic' like eye capable of allowing him greater sight than humanely possible.
The things on his shoulders are eyes, he just has them 'closed' when he's clothed, and his feathers stick out too when he's in the nuuuuude.
It's not so much a reference sheet as it is a rough concept.
