Got Audacity, compressed the song, brightened it a bit, since it was too bassy, and now, I think, it sounds a bit better.
It took me a good 15-20 hours to come to this point. Please listen at high volume and bass :3
Will record an alternate version in Gatoean.

When I first heard this song, I was speechless for a few minutes because it's eerily relevant for one of my characters!
See, a few friends and I are trying to design a anime-style videogame -about- furries, and one of the main characters is Mars Windall (my personal fursona). His parents were killed when he was a baby durring an anti-fur riot, and he's lived on his own in the city ever since. His brother also survived, but neither knew that the other was still alive. The line "A child loved never dies." is especially relevant because Mars only survived because of a mutation that allows him to regenerate from nearly any wound.
I just love it! <3
