barbacoa! aún me queda por aprender pero a medida que pase el tiempo aprendere, el camino es largo y esto no más que el principio, atrás las frustraciones y el autocompadecimiento. Lo admito, soy un cocinero de lo peorcito, pero tengo 20 años, si a los 30 sigo igual pues me tendré que preocupar pero ahora es el tiempo de fallar.
