Since I was in the pre-reg line for nearly two hours, I found some scrap paper and began to draw. There were any number of maid/lolita/kitty girls walking around so I started with Winnie the accident-prone witch who probably enjoys anime conventions, seeing as she already has the ears and tail. Then for some reason, I added Spotweld, who has a "I brake for Kitty Girls" on his shirt.
