I made this drake eons ago and I thought I'd redraw him now.

He is a spirit guide. He travels the world between life and death finding the souls of those recently deceased and guides them down the right path to their after life. If a spirit refused to take their path they are left to wander the land of limbo, or if the spirit is far too corrupt to stay they will be absorbed into the jem around his neck to be properly disposed of later, or consumed to maintain his life force.
