There's a tool resembling a white pencil (if you have the English patch, it's called 'Binary') listed among the other brushes. By default, it's underneath the Eraser, but I've just realized you can move the tools around, so... D:
But it should be there somewhere. If not, right-click on a blank tool slot and choose the third option from the bottom to make it appear.
