wow, this is clearly not something along the lines of chliché angels, except if it's an angel-of-revenge. :) her dagger looks wicked as hell, and her cape seems to have a life of it's own. the costume is nice and sexy, and I guess it takes a certain kind of woman to be able to wear something like this without it slipping off it's assigned places... and her red, glowing eyes add greatly to the attitude. I surely wouldn't want to get in her way, even as an atheist. :)

the background looks curious with the lighting. parts are illuminated by an early afternoon sun, and the background seems to be lighted by a huge truck's window reflection.

Needs to be more capes and flowing coats if your rendering software can handle loose clothing this well.

there is a dynamic simulator I'll have to see if I can find some decent tutorials on how to use it. I would like to get some good draping.

Agreed, it would be great to see more of this, particularly if it can be animated well.

Somehow, I kinda doubt that she has the "good with kids" quality most angels have.

I think she takes advantage of worldly pleasures while she can. Don't think kids would approach. but she leaves the Innocent alone.

Evel Angelica is truly into evil - almost worships Satan - but she's an *imperfect* fallen angel. She has a small bit of 'good' in her so Satan has rejected her, which makes her feel lousy. Then the Almighty has the gall to claim her for some very unique "Stairway to Heaven" type work. (Not sure Michael Landon would approve.) Basically, she uses some very unconventional methods to convert the badguys. Sometimes she succeeeds. More often, they go straight to Hell.
She's foul-mouthed, she's a succubus, and she's a real self conbsumed whore. But God thinks she's the perfect 'agent' for those folks who are up-standing citizens on the outside and rotten bastards on the inside. Evel basically exposes them to their own true, nasty selves - and occasionally exposes their true nature to everyone else, too.
For me, this is a very interesting, but very difficult character to write for. I still haven't come up with a storyline that suites her character. Still, I find the character complex and interesting - an 'anti-hero' whose only 'flaw' is her ability to feel remorse on rare occasions.

A very unique approach to the "fallen angel" concept.
