Clarice sit’s in the couch as Slag had told her but never letting go of some fear she has, he has killed most of the humans, and had shown such brutality she never considered that his mother was still alive, that it was what made his sister hate him so much. She’s only doing this out of love for him and to have him love her. They both know he has little of it but still has shown it in his own way, she’s still alive and so are all her children, both the one she had before meeting him and the one she’s carrying because of him. She just has to wait in her natural state as he goes to bring her in to the room. She’s not worried that she’ll be mad at dealing with what both her children have done; even she has some bad days but rubs her belly and knows that not even he would let anything happen to her in this state. Other people and gods would but she knows above all else Slag is one of those that don’t follow what others think he’ll do unless it’s harming others, he’ll never let anyone take that fun from him. She also knows that at this point in their lives he won’t do anything to hurt himself. She takes a deep breath and reminds herself that she wants a happy mother’s day just as much as his mother.
