Bueno, después de terminar de hacer las sombras y detalles como el coloreado del lineart y los bigotes usualmente guardo todo en una carpeta del photoshop. Luego duplico esa carpeta en caso de que tenga que corregir algo. Escondo la carpeta original y fusiono la carpeta duplicada en una única capa. Ya hecho eso uso la herramienta desenfocar (una gota, donde esta el dedo para dispersar) y hago borroso las áreas que quiero.
