This is a char I first drew when I was 16 called Serena the Good White Dragon. After finding the original pic of her I'd been meaning to redraw her for months and here she is.

Serena is kind of a queen/guardian of the land in which she lives which is a peaceful land where no animal eats another animal, not even fish. They're all herbivores. Serena breathes rainbows, is an iridescent white and keeps watch over the denizens of this utopia-like world. Only the creatures already living there know that this place exists.
