Seth has already proven that he loves messing with Peter's head. So really, this is nothing new for him.
Behold, the return of grayscale-shaded pages! Thanks to everyone who has pledged to our Patreon campaign so far to reach our first cumulative milestone. The next one brings an increase in the number of Patreon sketch club streams, so please consider pledging to help support the comic! Every little bit helps!
This page only had room for a few cameos, but for the few that made it in, it was certainly a dragon-heavy page! There have been dragon characters showing up in the backgrounds of other pages before, but never so many at one time, hehe. Must be a dragon study hall going on in the library. Much thanks to the following folks (or friends of these folks) who volunteered these characters for a quick appearance:

All you gotta do is watch my stream on Tigerdile (http://www.tigerdile.com/stream/peterandcompany) on days when I'm penciling a page with cameos. Once I'm done with the main pencils and figure out how many cameo slots I can fit in, I'll ask people in the chat room to speak up, and a random number generator picks the winner of each spot. The only rules are:
- Each character can only have a cameo on a single page. So if you've won a cameo before, you can offer up a different character.
- The characters will be "kidified" (i.e. aged to 13 years old or so) and must fit the P&C universe. So you can put dragons and such, but no 3-headed lions or gelatinous sentient boob monsters.
- Each cameo is free! I don't charge for folks to put their characters in. It's a tribute to the readers of the comic.
I post each week's schedule on Sunday nights in a journal on here. Not every page has room for cameos, so I always make sure to let people know when one's coming up. My next one's being drawn tomorrow.

I'm trying to work out how old he is...I think I heard him say that he's been a guardian for over 100 kids. Now, how long he remains a guardian for each kid likely varies, but assuming an average of 8 years per kid (a number I pulled wholeheartedly out of my backside, but assuming showing up at around age 7 on average and leaving at age 15 on average), that would put him at over 800 years old.
Wait... Greyscale. Patreon.
...
The original plan for colored pages was that a donation of... $50? to a pool, and $50 in it = 1 page in color. I only just noticed the change that Greyscale may return with enough Patreon support, but is there still any way to eventually build up to a color page? Or is that turning to artist's choice of what pages would have the best impact with color?

It's actually just $30, and I'm still accepting donations for it, though lately people have been choosing to pay for each page in a single donation. I just haven't been advertising it as heavily as the Patreon campaign. Though occasionally I will choose to do a page in color simply because it's an important page plot-wise or something, hehe.
I put the cameo panel up just now so I figured I'd link it here for you to see.
