I feel that. It's one of the reasons I rarely do it in any form of my art; that and I get so anal about getting every line perfect that I tend to forget it's just shading and not... You know. The actual drawing xD One of my art teachers said I was so German about my line work that it hurt him. I assume he was exaggerating >_>
Haha, I was like that the first few images before I was like, "Wow, gotta loosen up, I have like 200 images more to go!" I mean, I don't rush, but this image is like 20% the actual size I drew it at, so when I'm all zoomed in it can seem like every mistake will show, when really it's mostly invisible when it's all done :b
Ah, that's a good problem to have, but does seem to be the biggest issue with digital art. It allows you to be -too- detailed, if such a thing exists. At least with traditional art you can more easily remind yourself you can step back and look at the bigger thing; at least, that's how it is for me.
