So, here's an awfully quick scribble of some equally awful chibis.

The one on the left is Mega Marbles and the one on the right is Mega Bail.

☆Marbles☆

With Marbles, she's a special attack type (electric) and physical attack type (fighting).
So with Mega Marbles, she is a double special attack types (electric and flying).

Her special ability is Turbine. Where if she is hit with an electric move, no damage is dealt and it powers up her flying type moves.

How long Marbles can fly in mega form is not yet recorded but is capable of small anti gravity feats. Mainly hovering.
The wings that replace a tail, are used for whipping up strong winds.

Her moveset does change for Mega the same as a Rotom does.

Her main attackset is below, but I think I can improve on it later.

Because even as a Raichu, I prefer to vocalise a lot as a cat.
Purring, murring, hissing and growling.
So for Mega Marbles, she loses the mouse style and adapts large, rounded-triangular ears that resemble a cat.

On her back, she has a tri-beam twirl on her back that resembles the coloured glass, swirling inside a marble. The three colours are solid for each stream, being white, yellow and purple.

Most of her colour palette consists of purple, yellow and white, with blue eyes, nose and light yellow in some places.

★Bail★
With Bail, he's a double Special attack type (electric and fire).
As Mega Bail, he becomes Special attack and Physical attack type (Fire and Fighting).

His arms have bands down his lower arms that end in orange and are a natural formation that resemble gloves. This is due to the palms and areas around the wrists, containing fiery hot energy. Making his punches more powerful and can even change the punch into a fire punch.

His Special ability is Aggravate.
Like Pixilate, normal type moves are changed. In Bail's case, normal type moves are fighting types.

His moves, like Marbles's change upon mega evolution and are temporary.

Bail's name is from the meaning, barricade. Someone who will bail you out in times of need. Will provenly display power and protection.

So the stars across his body is what you'd see if you ran into him. Or a barricade. You'd see stars.

Do his signature moves, Swift and Dizzy Punch are pretty much just that.

With swift, he places his palms just above a star on his body and as he brings his hand up, a sharp star appears to lift off his body without disturbing the patterns on his fur.

This star is never touched, hand still hovering close to it as he flings it, to repeat the process 5-8 times, resulting in a smooth, combined swift attack.

His colours are close to regular Bail, keeping the orange, red and even blue.

For Bail, I wanted a design that reverted back to a very pikachu like design. Especially the ears.

His tail however changes completely into a rabbit's tail.
