This is Carmon de Luca. As a little girl she was abducted by aliens and experimented on, transformed from a normal human into a hybridized reptilian mutant. She has no real memories of what happened (though she has a nightmare or two now and then), and when she was dropped back on earth she ended up in a government medical/scientific institution for humans with "unique" attributes that made functioning in the everyday world difficult, if not impossible.

She remained there until she was recruited by a federal organization that polices and monitors super powered individuals. Now she functions as a secretary and field agent. Her skills and abilities include: A few forms of martial arts, small firearms, enhanced senses, reflexes and flexibility, shifting her colors to blend into her background, a venomous bite, minor regeneration, can type 92 words a minute, and can make a fantastic cup of coffee.

Carmon is an original character of mine, and she was drawn by  avernakis. He did a really awesome job on her... Once again, this was done AGES ago and I've just been too sidetracked with school to get it posted. Rawrgh.
