Marquette, getting a rare opportunity to be out and about, was seen recently at the Whoozfur picnic a couple weekends back. Here he is realizing he's breaking a law at the park by not being on a leash. Sheesh... give him a bit of a hiatus and he forgets there are rules and regulations to deal with out there.
