You find a good enough reference pic for his face? he's basically pretty simple from the neck down... you know, being magenta-ish and all... >.>

Also, your gloves are better than my gloves... as is the lab coat... and the way you drew him, the big collar just makes sense... which is weird because it was one of the things I just couldn't see working for him... o.o
