The winner of CA #16 is  inuokami! Conratulations!

In the latest CA, the question was "You're a superhero whose mission is to catch these two bank robbers. How will you catch these bank robbers and bring them to justice?" InuOkami answered with "I'd turn into a giant feral wolf with a bark and a howl that sends a shock wave so terrifying, the bank robbers freeze in place. I'd turn back into my anthro self and make them stand in line for me at the RMV --- MUAH HAA HAA HAAA HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"
