This is a tough area for diaper wearers. There are no merchants or diaper cleaning machines in this area. And since it's long, it's unlikely the player can make it through on one diaper. Because of this, they must use an unusual tactic, scavenging and crafting. There are various materials scattered all over the area that the player can use to make new diapers at special workbenches. Materials range from grass, leaves, old cloth, and fur. Seen here is me struggling to stitch together a leaf diaper, completely butt naked behind that bench, as my cloth diaper was ripped by a monster.
