It's the library in Demon's castle.
The monsters in this area have their memory automatically written in those books.
So when they respawn，they can keep their memory.
But during the wars in PFFK, almost all monsters got killed,
the castle lost its power and the library didn't work any more.

魔王城の図書室。
この地域の魔物たちの記憶が本に自動的に記録されている。
こうして、魔物がリスポーンするときに記憶を失わずに済む。
しかし戦争によりほぼ全部の魔物が死亡し、魔王城の再生の力もなくなり、
この図書室も機能しなくなってきた。
