New Toony Canine Base

This will fit most noses offered by people (media, dvc, phazonalloy, etc) and I also have a nose molded for this as well!

Uncut casts: $100 plus shipping.
Cut and hinged: $140 plus shipping
I can add eye painting/installation for $50 (not toony eyes, they
re acrylic, this includes screen installed for the tear ducts as well).

nope! however i need to order more foam so it might take a little bit longer than the resin blanks

I'm open for them but I don't offer toony eyes sorry I just offer acrylic eyes ^^;

I don't, I honestly wouldn't do it myself it would look much better with toony eyes ^^. There are ton of tutorials on making toony eyes around though.
