SO there is a new Breed Type of Phinyula. It's not known why they have a floral back pattern but they are much rarer than Galaxy. They also seem to be seen more around Spring/Summer. Some speculate that Flora Phins came to be bred by lab. Others say it is from them living domestically with humans.

But from the Phinyula's thought, it's from the right breeding during a rainy day in April.
