Yes, very different. Poems are used for a variety of things, and I've of the most popular is to describe something. I've never seen it taken to the extent of using adjectives exclusively, though. It's ambiguous inherently, yet somehow you made it work. I think in a poem like this, word choice is the most important element, since the economy of words can't be understated here. Good job!
