This here is the face of Blaze's ultimate form known as his Water-Sageon God form. In his universe he gains this form after suffering a tremendous tragidy and loses himself to rage as transforms into this and becomes the 4th and final God of the Water-Sageons.

In this form he is known as Icicle Blaze and he gains tremendous power. His new signiture move he likes to use is called Blistering Hurricane Raging Waterspout.
