Sure. Heh. I'll take any opportunity to slander her. :D It's supposed to be my first romantic interest. A girl I dated in high school. She was highly, highly religious and is probably the main reason I'm so critical of religious thought. She was essentially (and still is) Bill O'Reilly with breasts. Anyway, without getting long-winded, she was the definition of hypocritical angry condemnation, and kinda effected me and how I viewed women for a long time, and how I viewed religion for a whole lot longer.

Ah I got you, I was mostly wondering since the whole gravestone reference I wasn't sure if she actually died or what was up with the symbolism so I was kinda curious. Yeah, no one should be forced into religion

I think most people who come to or change their religion do it for a girl or boy. It's the dumbest reason to do it, but nobody is forced... I just think a lot of people take religious stuff lightly. I don't.

Yeah alot of people do, my dad did before he married my mom. And he never was much for that religion and as soon as they got divorced he completly abandoned it except occasionally going with us.

Yeah. It's like religion for convenience. You don't really buy into it, but you'll say you do to get what you want. S'kinda a bummer, no offense to your dad, of course.

Oh no offense taken, I understand complelty. I think that's one of the reasons the marriage didn't work out is he was forced into something he didn't really beleive/care about so my mom got all pissed at him...etc etc...I'll spare you my whole childhood bit :)

Heh. S'all good sir. I told you about my first lady, and that was stuff from over 5 years ago. I will mention this, the aforementioned relationship was the basis to start my comic. For me, all this wacky religion stuff is the best inspiration, 'cause I'm equally enamored and aggravated by it. (Though, I think I annoy my friends with all my ranting about it.)

Heh ya but mines a bit older then even that. *shrugs* Yes religion can be a good source of inspiration, either through devotion or disillusion...I have a bit of both I suppose.
