In Nebraska next to Wyoming? YES!

I would understand this if I knew you lived in the mountains. Problem is, I KNOW you DON'T. You live in the flatlands. This is some crazy weather.

Compared to western Colorado? From the right part of town, I have an excellent view of 14,410 ft Mt. Rainier. There may be hills surrounding my hometown and mountains within 100 miles, but my house is located on a flat, low lying valley floor. I live in the flatlands. Elevation at my house is something like 100-200 ft. Surrounding hills: 300-500 ft. Mountain pass less than 100 miles away: 4500 ft. My mother lives in the suburbs of Denver. Hills? Yes. Mountains? 20 miles west. My assessment: She lives in the flatlands.

Guy I watch on da posted a journal commenting about snow in Illinois. Crazy weather all over the country this year.

well, it was right on the Ice Saints period (11-15 may in france)......
