TechCat is meant to be a direct representation of myself, as an artist, furry, coding monkey, whatever thing. This is how I draw myself, no special powers, no alternate back story. Just me.

Height: 5' 6" (166 cm)
Weight: 135-145 lbs. (smidge of pudge, but healthy)
Species: -undefined- (mostly housecat)
Likes: EBM/futurepop music, sour candy, originality, aesthetics
Dislikes: ideological sheep, generics, hate

Moar details with explanations.
Reptilian bits. Main neon light blue with light green neon accents. No glow/UV reaction. On lower arms and legs and middle of back. (These were made due to my getting very cold hands and feet IRL, hence the idea 'cold blood' came up. The back just seemed a good place to place more, back feels special to me.)
Goggles. Black plastic frame, black elastic straps, dark clear green lenses. Not worn in place of glasses, no prescription. Tucked under hair but above ears, see dotted lines on main body side view.
Markings. The fun part. Within the neutral color range is the only major limitation. Markings themselves can be of any shape, size, or location. The purpose is to be able to suit mood, as I wear my emotions right clear. The reptile markings do not change or move.
Hair. Natural blonde, red dyed tips occasionally. Most cases it's kept up in a tight ponytail. Poofy naturally, flattened if desired to be down.
Hat! Almost always wearing something on head, hat of some sort for comfort and headbands or goggles if mosre hair need to be shown.
Clothing, as said in image. Refrence photo. Not too girly, either rockin' or buisnessy.
Glasses are need, blargy vision otherwise. Transition, so if outside they are sunglasses.
Earrings. Two gold on right, one silver on left. (Mistake where left's second healed over.)

Ignore the blank mouth thur. Mouth colors are normal mouth colors. D:
