The tablet is a Wacom Cintiq, either the 22HD or the 24HD. Price? $1900 for the 22HD, $2500 for the 24HD.
And I recall ShoNuff uses Autodesk's "Sketchbook Pro" for his work. You can download the software from Amazon for $19.99. Probably one of the best bargains for digital artists out there.
